Kurl-On Enterprise Limited (KEL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kurl-On Limited. The Company has a strong promoter shareholding of 84.67%. Since its inception in 1962, KEL has grown into India’s largest manufacturer and seller of mattress, which has a direct presence across over 135 cities servicing a large network of ~10,000 retailers with about 72 distribution centers.
Kurl-on market share in mattress is 35%-40% and is ranked 2nd in manufacturing PU Foams in India.
The Company plans to explore organic and inorganic growth strategies to increase the market share of its products by increasing their presence in nearby Europe and Asian countries.
